perhentian trip 24 July - 26 July 08...

PERHENTIAN!! this time last year i went to Redang and i gotta say that Perhentian was better in terms of wildlife and the water was so so blue!! the scenery (you geddit? with the Ang Mo's and all) was beautiful and the people that work here are really really nice and generous and tanned and i even met a girl from Germany who settled down there cause she has a boyfriend there. wow.

i am not the best photographer and i rarely take any but here's a few i did take :D

we took an overnight train (12+ friggin hours) there and we went premium yo (lol) (means we bought

tix that gives us a bunk whch is not bad at all):D

Perhentian was totally awesome. saw some pretty girls there (somehow always referring to the pretty ones as chicks seems demeaning) and we went snorkelling like crazy. 1st day - snorkelling. 2nd day - snorkelling. i did not put sun block on a square patch of my back & i got burnt badly there ^^ i learnt to trow a frisbee proper and how to dive down into the sea ^^. i saw sharks and a HUGE ASS turtle bout the size of my torso and my head put together. we did take some underwater pics but not sure how they turned out. maybe you guys can go try at nigel's blog. :) more importantly, i went with some realy really cool people and we had shit loads of fun (though i am sorry that i tiang lampu Jie & Ping, sorry guys ^^)
